MMSWMD does On Site Property Clean-up of private property for owners that have 50 - 500 tires. MMSWMD will contract a firm to do an on-site cleanup, if:
1. The property is deemed suitable for a cleanup by the District Manager and the Executive Board,
2. The property owner will enter into an agreement to remove all waste tires from the property, to not collect, burn or bury tires in the future, and to allow the permitted tire hauler access to the tires and,
3. The property owner agrees to pay a sum equivalent to the rate set for one day collections, as estimated by the District Manager.
- $1.00 for each tire 16″ or smaller (Car, pick-up truck, SUV and small trailer tires), $2.00 if on the rim. Bicycle and motorcycle tires are charged at their approximate weight in car tires.
- $5.00 for tires larger than 16″; $10.00 if on the wheel. This includes over-the-road truck tires or rear tractor tires.
